Privacy Policy

1. What data we work with

• Content you create: notes, notebooks, images, reminders, change history and settings (language, theme).
• Account: none. We never ask for sign-up, email or phone number.
• Biometrics: Face ID / fingerprint checks are performed by your phone's operating system; the app never sees or stores biometric data.

2. Where data is stored

Everything stays only on your phone. Your notes are not sent to our servers, and the app works without internet. Private notebooks are protected by a PIN and their contents are stored encrypted. A forgotten PIN cannot be recovered.

3. Why we use it

To run the app, deliver reminders on time and keep your notes. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising or share it with third parties.

4. Third-party services

There are no analytics, advertising or tracking services. If you share a note or photo yourself (Telegram, Mail, etc.), it goes to the app you choose, which is entirely your decision.

5. Permissions

• Photos / Camera: to add pictures to notes.
• Notifications: for reminders and the Pomodoro timer.
• Face ID / fingerprint: to unlock private notebooks.

6. Future cloud sync

Optional cloud sync is planned. It will only work if you turn it on yourself; before it ships, we will update this policy and state exactly what is stored.

7. Your rights

Your data is on your device, so you view, change and delete it yourself (see the deletion guide). Questions: keraklystudio@gmail.com.

8. Children

The app collects no personal data, including from children.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, this page and the date above will be updated.
