Delete account

To delete your account and your data on our server:

1. Open the app → Settings.
2. Go to Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

What gets deleted: your account, your email and all backup data on the server (decks, audio, statistics and achievements). This cannot be undone.

What stays: audio and lessons on your phone are kept. To remove them, uninstall the app. Links to decks you shared will stop working.

Subscription: deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.

Can't sign in? Email keraklystudio@gmail.com or message @keraklySupportBot on Telegram with the email you registered with — we'll delete the account for you.
